At Manoy Ventures, we buy and build scalable, cash generative, profitable growth businesses. We carry out extensive research and due diligence on potential acquisition targets in order to acquire companies in which we believe we can invest fresh capital, manage change and establish long term strategies for growth.
The company is an entrepreneurial vehicle set up to invest in profitable, growth businesses with a preference for MBT/MBO structures.
The company currently acts as an adviser, shareholder and director to a number of companies across different sections. We take a hands-on approach and actively participate in our investments with a view to work closely with founder entrepreneurs to develop the business.
The company currently has a presence in the United Kingdom.
